HELP YOUR SOCIETY GROW The Historical Society extends an invitation to you to become a vital part of preserving for the future. While the Historical Society is charged with preserving the heritage of the entire Cocalico Valley, including Adamstown, Akron, Denver, Ephrata, Hinkletown, Reamstown and surrounding areas, our members include many out of state persons as well. Please consider becoming a member if you have not already done so and join us in our efforts of preservation and growth. Check our "Memberships" page for information on how you may take advantage of this opportunity. Thank you.
ENDOWMENT TRUST In 1979, the Executive Committee established an endowment trust to provide funds for the operation of the museum and library research center of the Historical Society, to assure its perpetuation for future generations, and to provide security for artifacts donated to the museum. You can help perpetuate you Historical Society by making a contribution to the Endowment Trust and by donating any deeds, photographs, maps, letters, antiques, etc., pertaining to the history of the Cocalico Valley. You can do this while you are living or you may want to include it in your will. For those wishing to remember the Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley in their wills, a bequest form is available from the Society stating proper wording that should be included in you will. Qualified persons are available to discuss other ways for you to make contributions to our organization. |
